Our 'Light and Free' loaf is is a milder tasting version of the famous OMG 'Wild and Free' loaf, using a special blend of buckwheat flours.

Simpler and lighter in texture, with only activated linseeds and chia seed in the loaf. Tastes great with all kinds of toppings and is fantastic for fresh sandwiches and toast. It is also popular with children, making it a great choice for school lunches.

The base ingredient is fresh, stone milled, whole buckwheat flour milled in our GF premises in Hastings. 

Enjoy it fresh, or slice and freeze it for up to 3 months.
