First order with us? We appreciate that it can sometimes be daunting, shopping for something new online. That's where our Wise Guarantee comes in. If you're unhappy with your first purchase, simply reach out to us within three weeks and we'll refund it, up to a total of $50. (Excludes shipping costs and credit card processing fees.)

Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we take every care to ensure that our products are dispatched to you in the best possible condition. However, if a product reaches you in an unsatisfactory state, or there was an error with your order, we're here to help.
We may, at our election, refund or replace it.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement please be sure to contact us with your concerns straight away; and have your order details and proof of purchase handy.
Depending on the issue, we may ask you to send us photos, or return the product to us for evaluation.
Once we receive your returned item, we'll let you know what we've found and the status of your refund or replacement.
If we agree to refund your order, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 5-10 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you receive a refund, the cost of credit card processing fees will be deducted from your refund.
Gift cards can't be returned or refunded.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If we agree to send you a replacement item, rather than a refund, we will pay the cost of shipping the new item to you.
We reserve the right to accept or decline a request for an exchange or refund, subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
