Returns & Refunds Policy

We take every care to ensure that our products are dispatched to you in the best possible condition. However, if a product reaches you in an unsatisfactory state, or there was an error with your order, we're here to help.

We may, at our election, refund or replace it.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement please be sure to contact us with your concerns straight away; and have your order details and proof of purchase handy.

Returns

Depending on the issue, we may ask you to send us photos, or return the product to us for evaluation.

Once we receive your returned item, we'll let you know what we've found and the status of your refund or replacement.

Refunds

If we agree to refund your order, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 5-10 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If you receive a refund, the cost of credit card processing fees will be deducted from your refund.

OMGoodness Fresh Bread

We use the goodness of nature to create our beautiful OMG breads & premixes. We do not use any additives or preservatives, so shelf life can vary depending on the breads' environment. OMG bread will have a couple of days fresh shelf life from the baked-on date, or approximately 7 days refrigerated in a sealed container.

To keep your bread longer, we recommend slicing the loaf & storing in a sealed bag or container in the freezer. 

We recommend storing our pre-mixes in a cool dry place. Pop it into a sealed container for added peace of mind.

If you feel that any of our products are unsatisfactory on arrival, please contact us immediately. We value your feedback and strive to give you our best possible service.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can't be returned or refunded. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If we agree to send you a replacement item, rather than a refund, we will pay the cost of shipping the new item to you.

We reserve the right to accept or decline a request for an exchange or refund, subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
