Our OMG bread premix is a no knead batter mix, no hassle recipe. Perfect for a busy life, it can be used to make any variety of bread flavours. You choose, by adding fruits, nuts, seeds, spices, herbs and/or veges to the batter. It can also be used to make our famous cwackers and pizza bases with the addition the OMG Cwacker / Pizza flour mix.
