Local Pick Up
We offer free local pick up from our Silverdale bakery. You can select this option at Checkout. Usually available next day (sometimes same day) ... just wait for our confirmation to let you know it's ready. Questions? Just call / text Vikki on 027 215 2020.
Fresh OMGoodness Bread & Perishable Items
We normally bake and send fresh OMGoodness bread and fresh bakery/perishable online orders on Mondays - Wednesdays.
We prepare, bake and dispatch them in the order received. Sourdough needs extra love (time!) to do its natural fermentation so it always pays to order as early as possible :)
We generally don't send bread to out-of-town addresses on a Thursday, in case your lovely fresh loaves sit in a courier depot all weekend. But if you want us to send it, you can add that instruction into the comments at checkout.
Please be aware that although we use NZ Post's overnight service, we cannot guarantee their delivery timeframes.

Non-Perishable Items
Shelf-stable orders, including OMG pre-mix, (provided there are no perishables included) are sent Mon-Fri.
Allow 2-3 business days and costs as specified at checkout.
Delivery Regions
We deliver NZ-wide, except for OMGoodness bread & premixes. Our OMG delivery area is from the Auckland regional boundary in the South, to the top of the North Island. Our OMG sister-bakery in Hastings covers everywhere South of this.
Other than OMG, our standard delivery covers regions within the North Island & South Island of New Zealand.
We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. If you require Rural Delivery (non-perishable items only), please just drop us a message on Chat, or call / text Vikki on 027 215 2020 and we'll work out the best rate for you.
We usually ship via NZ Post throughout New Zealand.
Our standard delivery cost excludes outer NZ Islands + Pacific Islands.
Courier Status Updates
Couriers sometimes come under pressure, which can cause delays. Please be aware that this may impact your order. We'll do our best to let you know of any significant delays prior to sending your order.
Please be aware that we cannot guarantee courier delivery timeframes. So we won't accept liability for late delivery or negligence caused by the courier company. However we do value your feedback and will always try to assist in following up any issues with the courier company.
Delivery timeframes
We work hard to meet the timeframes above. During especially busy times, we may have to bake a fresh batch to meet your order. If this happens, we will contact you personally to let you know.
We will send you an email confirmation for your order once received. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your spam or junk mailbox.
Your order should be delivered to you within 3 - 5 business days.

Send us an email at hello@wise-foods.co.nz to let us know what you'd like to order and where you'd like it delivered to. We'll work out the best way to send your order and let you know what delivery will cost.
