Our standard delivery covers regions within the North Island & South Island of New Zealand. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. If you require Rural Delivery, please just drop us a message on Chat, or call / text Vikki on 027 482 3756 and we'll work out the best rate for you.
We ship via Courier Post throughout New Zealand.
Our standard delivery cost excludes outer NZ Islands + Pacific Islands.

Local Pick Up
We offer free contactless local pick up from our premises in Rosedale on Auckland's North Shore. You can select this option at Checkout. If you would like to know more about how this works, just drop us a message on Chat, or call / text Vikki on 027 482 3756.

If you're unhappy with your first purchase, simply reach out to us within three weeks and we'll refund it, up to a total of $50. (Excludes shipping costs and credit card processing fees.)
Delivery timeframes
We work hard to meet the timeframes below. During especially busy times, we may have to bake a fresh batch to meet your order. If this happens, we will contact you personally to let you know.
We aim to despatch orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment. We will send you an email confirmation for your order once received. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your spam or junk mailbox.
Your order should be delivered to you within 3 - 5 business days.

Please note if you place your order on a Friday, we won't be able to send it until the following Monday.
Once we dispatch your order we will send you a further email confirmation, with the tracking number.
