OMG baking premixes are organic, gluten, dairy, egg & soy free. They're also refined sugar free, paleo and vegan. We've kept the allergens out, so that you can choose what you add back in.
Try our Pancake Mix for delicious healthy, light, fluffy, spongy pancakes. These are just as good with dairy-free milk options, such as rice, coconut, soy, almond or hazelnut milk. Add an egg for extra protein if you wish - but it works equally well without.
And be sure to try out our "Cwacker & Pizza Mix", which are used in conjunction with the OMG Bread Premix to make delicious pizza bases or even our famously more'ish OMG Cwackers :)
All flour is freshly stone milled by the OMG team at our Hastings GF bakery.
