Our Silverdale bakery is a gluten free facility. Many of our customers are coeliac and we take this responsibility seriously.
We use only gluten-free ingredients, relying on GF declarations from our ingredient suppliers in each case.
While we take the utmost care with each and every product we make, they are not certified Coeliac.
Please always refer to the ingredient list before you make your selection.

SHIPPING
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and start from $9.00 for the Auckland region. Local pick up is free, if you live or work near us on Auckland's North Shore. More detail on Shipping and Delivery can be found here.
Delivery times will depend on where you are in the country. More detail on Shipping and Delivery can be found here. In times of high demand, we may need to bake a fresh batch for you! In that case we'll contact you straight away to let you know. If you’re having issues with your order or you haven’t received it, please message us via Chat or email orders@wise-foods.co.nz with your name or order number and we’ll investigate for you ASAP.
If you've made a mistake when entering your details (e.g., you forgot to add your apartment number), please let us straight away via text to Vikki on 027 215 2020 or email at hello@wise-foods.co.nz and we’ll help you out.
We don’t offer international shipping directly from our online shop. However, if you’re overseas and would really like some of our products, please get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to help you out. You can email us at hello@wise-foods.co.nz We’re happy to help.

Health Star Ratings reflect the overall nutrition content and healthiness of packaged foods, making it easier to make healthier choices. When comparing similar foods, those with more stars are healthier than foods with fewer stars. You can read more about why we've chosen to work with this approach, here.
We know how challenging it can be for kids with dietary constraints. So we've made sure to include flavours that they'll enjoy, across each of our ranges. Low & no-refined sugar is a big focus too. Better for them and easier for you.
Much of what we bake is Vegan and we carry a good range of plant based options from other artisan producers in our specialty store-front.

OMGOODNESS ORGANIC BREADS & PREMIXES

OMG breads contain NZ-grown organic buckwheat, milled in our sister-OMG GF/DF facility in Hastings.

It's surprisingly easy to bake your own delicious gluten free OMG bread, sourdough, pizza bases & Cwackers at home, using our no-knead bread pre-mix flours.

HEALTH STAR RATED COOKIES
Our Health Star rated Wise Cookies are a delicious treat that you can enjoy anywhere, anytime. Packed full of goodness, such as protein & fibre; lower in sugar & saturated fat; each scrumptious flavour has 4.0 – 4.5 Health Stars. Perfect for a snack on the go, after the gym, at the office, in the kids’ lunchboxes, or as a quiet mid-morning or late night treat. Our cookies are allergy-friendly (gluten, dairy, egg, soy & nut free) with plant based options too. Smarter than your average cookie ;)
If you’re cutting down on sugar, here’s your perfect treat. Our Health Star rated Wise Cookies contain only 4 – 6 % total sugars. Many other cookies*, including those with ‘no refined sugar’ contain 25 – 35%. Our recipes have been carefully crafted using a blend of natural low-calorie sugar substitutes, which combine to create a deliciously balanced sweetness profile. Erythritol and Sorbitol occur naturally in some fruit, berries & fermented foods, and go through a manufacturing process to produce them as a food ingredient. Wise Cookies also contain fruits, such as apricots, cranberries and black currants, and these contribute to the total 4 – 6% sugar content.

Keep them in a cool dry place, either tightly sealed in the re-sealable pack; or in an airtight jar or container. They'll taste best, eaten before the best-before date. If they last that long!

Wisefoods gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. You can choose to send them on yourself or email them directly from checkout. If you'd prefer to send a delicious parcel of goodies instead, check out our gift wrap service.
