Our philosophy is to keep allergens to a minimum. Our Health Star rated Wise Cookies are peanut and tree-nut free. Some flavours contain coconut, which is a fruit, not a tree-nut. They are also gluten free, refined sugar free, dairy free, egg free & soy free. Because we love to dream up delicious new flavour ideas, please always refer to the ingredient list before you make your selection. While we take the utmost care with each and every product we make, there is a small chance of cross contamination within our facility, so if you have a severe allergy we advise you not to buy our products.

In that case we'll contact you straight away to let you know. If you’re having issues with your order or you haven’t received it, please message us via Chat or email orders@wise-foods.co.nz with your name or order number and we’ll investigate for you ASAP.

Our Wise Guarantee is for first timers. We appreciate that it can sometimes be daunting, shopping for something new online. If you're unhappy with your first purchase, simply reach out to us within three weeks and we'll refund it, up to a total of $50. (Excluding shipping and credit card processing fees.)

Absolutely! Kids love these delicious and allergen friendly treats. Lower in sugar and saturated fat, with the added goodness of protein and fibre. Great for lunchboxes, sports days and after-school snacks. Better for them and easier for you.
Our added-Collagen products contain highly purified bovine collagen. Why not Marine collagen? Simply because our philosophy is to keep allergens to a minimum. The collagen in our Heath Star rated Wise Cookies is allergen-free, including from fish & shellfish. Shop Added Collagen
Our Apricot & Lemon, Dark Choc Chip, and Ginger Wise Cookies are plant based. The Cranberry and Spice & Fruit cookies contain highly purified bovine Collagen (to avoid fish or shellfish allergens) so while they are Dairy Free, they are not Vegan. Shop Plant Based

If you’re cutting down on sugar, here’s your perfect treat. Our Health Star rated Wise Cookies contain only 4 – 6 % total sugars. Many other cookies*, including those with ‘no refined sugar’ contain 25 – 35%. Our recipes have been carefully crafted using a blend of natural low-calorie sugar substitutes, which combine to create a deliciously balanced sweetness profile. Erythritol and Sorbitol occur naturally in some fruit, berries and fermented foods, and go through a manufacturing process to produce them as a food ingredient. Wise Cookies also contain fruits, such as apricots, cranberries and black currants, and these contribute to the total 4 – 6% sugar content.

Keep them in a cool dry place, either tightly sealed in the re-sealable pack; or in an airtight jar or container. They'll taste best, eaten before the best-before date. If they last that long!
