All flour is freshly stone milled by the OMG team at our Hastings GF milling site.

OMG ORIGINAL premix is organic, gluten, dairy and refined sugar free, paleo and vegan.

The base ingredient is freshly stone milled, whole buckwheat flour, tapioca flour, chia seeds, linseeds, and kelp powder incorporated for additional minerals. No salt is added to this version.

You simply need to add yeast and water to the mix to make a loaf, but adding a handful of additional seeds, nuts, fruit, chocolate, spices, herbs, pumpkin etc will change the flavour accordingly.

You can also make GF crackers and pizza bases using this mix (requires adding our cwacker flour mix). Instructions will come with the mix.

This is a no knead recipe, it doesn't get any easier!
