OMG - our large loaf. ![OMGoodness - ORIGINAL No Knead Bread Pre-Mix]()
We make two loaves with
630 grams OMG flour & 630 water.
2 tbsp molasses, 4 tbps each Pumpkin, Sunflower + Sesame. 3 tsp instant yeast.
Prove, fill 2 large loaf tins. Bake at 190°C, 90 minutes.
Slice following day and freeze.

Utterly fabulous bread, gluten free and delicious. I really enjoy making my own bread with this mix, it’s light and tastes great. It is very easy to whip up a loaf in less than 10 minutes. Also OMG is a great company to deal with, their products are exceptional and the staff lovely.

The bread mix makes a delicious loaf, far better than any GF bread I've tried. Super easy to make, I use a 1,1/2 recipe and it is a good size loaf in a standard tin. Also delicious with some coconut sugar and cinnamon mixed in or in a banana bread recipe.

I have two of these bread tins and they are just perfect. They bake bread evenly and are very easy to clean.
I have been buying Original No Knead Bread Pre-Mix for few years now. I love the sour dough type and keep my starter in the fridge. It is very easy to mix the batter and the resulting bread is amazing. I love to eat it fresh and after a day old it makes lovely toast.
