Haven't been able to finish it so have frozen what's left. What I did eat was nice toasted..had it with peanut butter and also made a salad sandwich.

Even better that I can make it fresh. I had to large spoons of walnuts and seeds. I love it lightly toasted cooled then tasty cheese. Many thanks love your bread mix. Great communication when buying on line arrived no problems.

Absolutely love this bread — it’s by far my favourite healthy gluten-free option. I ordered four loaves, sliced and froze them, and they keep beautifully so I always have some on hand. They arrived fresh the very next day. I couldn’t be happier!
