NEW ONLINE RELEASE — LIMITED WEEKLY BAKE
We've been selling our new artisan DEMIR sourdough loaves at the bakery for the past 2 months, with fantastic feedback. Now it’s your turn — DEMIR is available to order online!
For the first few weeks, our baking capacity is limited. Please limit each order to 2 DEMIR loaves per order — choose 2 Kibbled, 2 Golden, or one of each. You’re welcome to add any of our other products to your order.
For online courier orders, DEMIR Sourdough is baked and dispatched on Wednesdays. Orders close at 4 pm Monday to allow natural fermentation time — or earlier if that week’s allocation sells out. For bakery pick-up orders, please order at least 2 days in advance, for pick up Monday through Saturday.
Sold out this week? We release a limited number of DEMIR loaves online each week, so check back soon for the next release and order early when the new allocation goes live.
DEMIR Kibbled Sourdough

A more textured expression of DEMIR sourdough, Kibbled combines a soft, moist loaf with buckwheat, sunflower seed and linseed throughout.
Visible through the crumb, the kibble adds flavour, texture and character while the loaf stays soft and versatile.
Developed over several years from a simple request we kept hearing from our customers, DEMIR Kibbled Sourdough brings together the character of artisan sourdough with the reassurance of being made without gluten, dairy, egg or soy.
Handmade by Wisefoods in our dedicated gluten-free bakery, it is designed first to be genuinely good sourdough — with dietary inclusivity built in, not bolted on.
Enjoy it fresh, toasted, or slice and freeze for later.
