OMGoodness - Roast Pumpkin w/ Fennel Seed & Herb 'Peter Peter' Loaf

We roast fresh pumpkin in the ovens with herbs & a little olive oil, then mix it through the bread batter with fennel seeds. If some of the pieces of pumpkin don’t quite break up, we leave it that way so you may discover some intact pieces in the loaf as well.

This bread makes a great gourmet toast, being particularly moist and nourishing. It has a cult following and tastes fantastic with cheeses, eggs, and even just hummus!

The base ingredient is fresh, stone milled, whole buckwheat flour milled in our GF premises in Hastings. 

Enjoy it fresh, or slice and freeze it for up to 3 months.

This bread is just next level. I love the pumpkin and fennel loaf, the flavour of the bread is incredible... The texture is dense but moist, in a really great way. I have yet to try the DIY loaf mix, that's next for me. The staff are extremely friendly. All GFers must try, but this is good by any standard.
