  Chocolate is made from the seed of the cacao tree. Cacao has high levels of minerals and is one of nature’s best sources of antioxidants. Dark chocolate contains compounds with anti-inflammatory properties that may help reduce inflammation in the body.

  We make our own dark chocolate chips, which are dairy and sugar-free.
